Ken Kesey and The Merry Pranksters ultimate destination for their Magic Trip was the 1964 World’s Fair at Flushing Meadow in Queens, New York.
Can you imagine the Furthur Bus pulling up to that event and the crew getting out, mingling with the attendees and exhibitors? 
My father took us to the World’s Fair. I can still recall walking about, attending the exhibits, marvelling as a 12 year old about the future.
My favorite exhibit was the Ford Pavilion.
